At Al Habib Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products unless there is a defect.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
